Wednesday April 16th – Course marking all day 

Thursday, April 17th  – Course marking all day 

Friday, April 18th  – Course marking all day 

• 12:00-1:30 PM – Late Registration at Main Pit ($50.00 Late Fee applies) 
• 1:30PM Line up for Pre Run “Fun Run” You don’t have to be a racer but you do have to be signed in with a waiver.     Cost is $20 donation that goes to the Volunteers for fuel and supplies  Thanks! 
• 2:00–4:00PM – Pre-Run  – One lap – 25mph max.  Must sign waiver and have arm bands to be on the course for Pre-Run. 
• 3:00PM – 5:30PM –Tech and Safety Inspection at Main Pit 
• 4:30 – 6:00 PM –  Late Registration ($50.00 Late Fee applies) 
• 6:00 PM  –  Mandatory Driver’s Meeting at Main Pit (30 minute penalty for missing the meeting!) 
• 6:30 PM  – Volunteer Meeting at Main Pit 

Saturday, April 19th –Race Day

• 7:18 AM –Sunrise 
• 8:00 AM – National Anthem 
• 8:00 AM -Staging 
• 8:30 AM -Race Start 
• PRO classes–  8 laps 
• SPORTSMAN classes–  5 laps 
• 3:00 PM -Start Line Closes (Must start last lap by this time)(Course sweep will start at this time) 
• 4:00 PM –Finish Line Closes 
• 6:00 PM –Awards Ceremony 
• Bonfire – Main Pit  
• 7:21 PM – Sunset 

Sunday, April 18 – Cleanup all day 

 Starting order will be based on registration

We are using the Moto Tally system, so bring your blue transponders for Timing and Scoring.  They are $10 if don’t have one.
