By signing below, I acknowledge that I am participating in the Bonneville Off-Road Racing Event as media personnel (photographer, videographer, journalist, content creator, or other). I understand this involves close proximity to high-speed vehicles, unpredictable terrain, and hazardous conditions.

I agree to:

• Obtain a certified safety vest from BOR before participating.
• Attend the volunteer meeting on Friday evening after the driver's meeting.
• Follow all designated media zones, safety boundaries, and instructions from event officials.
• Maintain situational awareness and wear appropriate safety gear at all times.

I recognize the inherent risks of off-road media coverage, including but not limited to:

• High-speed vehicle movement and loss of control
• Flying debris, dust, and environmental hazards
• Uneven terrain and remote locations

I voluntarily assume all risks of injury, death, or property damage that may arise from my participation.

I release and waive all claims against Bonneville Off-Road, its owners, organizers, racers, participants, sponsors, partners, affiliates, and land managers for any injury, damage, or loss related to my media activities.

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bonneville Off-Road from any claims arising from my conduct or presence.

I authorize emergency medical treatment if needed and accept full financial responsibility for any services rendered.

By signing, I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted this waiver and assume full responsibility for my safety and actions
