Schedule Of Events

• Thursday, April 30^th – Course marking all day
• Friday, May 1st – Course marking all day
  • 12:00-1:30 PM – Late Registration at Main Pit ($50.00 Late Fee applies)
  • 1:30PM Line up for Pre Run “Fun Run” You don’t have to be a racer, but you do have to be signed in with a waiver. Cost is $20 donation that goes to the Volunteers for fuel and supplies  Thanks!
  • 2:00–4:00PM – Pre-Run – One lap – 25mph max.  Must sign waiver and have arm bands to be on the course for Pre-Run
  • 3:00PM – 5:30PM –Tech and Safety Inspection at Main Pit
  • 4:30 – 6:00 PM – Late Registration ($50.00 Late Fee applies)
  • 6:00 PM –  Mandatory Driver’s Meeting at Main Pit (30-minute penalty for missing the meeting!)
  • 6:30 PM – Volunteer Meeting at Main Pit

• Saturday, May 2nd^h –Race Day!
  • 6:16 AM –Sunrise
  • 8:30AM – National Anthem
  • 8:30AM -Staging
  • 9:00-Race Start
    • PRO classes–Eight laps
    • SPORTSMAN classes–Five laps
  • 3:00PM -Start Line Closes (must start last lap by this time)(Course sweep will start at this time)
  • 4:00 PM –Finish Line Closes
  • 6:00 PM –Awards Ceremony
  • Bonfire
  • Sunset: 8:14PM

• Sunday, May 3^rd –Cleanup all day
